- Bring together experience and expertise of local education and training providers, local youth service providers, community and government organisations to foster cooperative and sustainable partnerships.
- To engage all young people in the City of Melbourne, including the homeless, the at risk of homelessness and other at-risk young people, to ensure they achieve stability in their lives and find the path to their education, training or employment goals.
- Help identify gaps in service delivery for disengaged young people and facilitate initiatives to improve access to education and training.
- Provide support to education, training and youth community service providers, including employment service providers, to best assist their young people to make positive life choices.
